About Copper River Adventure Tours

Copper River Adventure Tours operates out of Copper Center Alaska, one of eight native villages in the Ahtna Region.  We are owned and operated by Alaska Native people and strive to convey the beauty and culture of our people and the land.  Our guests aren’t just customers, they are our friends. 

From the moment you set foot on Ahtna land it is our priority to make you feel welcome and ensure an exciting, relaxing, refreshing stay.  All of our guides are Alaska residents and have vast knowledge of the Copper River Valley.  Whether it’s an ATV ride along the beautiful Klutina River Bluff, a hike on the scenic and Historic Prospector trail, or an up close and personal Athabaskan Village Tour we will provide the most unique experience possible.  We do this by keeping our tour numbers to a minimum and keeping our focus on the quality of the experience.  Sharing traditions and culture comes naturally to our people.  Sharing is what has sustained our people in this area for over 7000 years.
